Venue Policy

Table minimum Spend

The Minimum spend per table is $250 for up to 5 people. Please note that there is a $20 deposit per person required to guarantee your table. This deposit will be deducted from your $250 minimum spend on the night. The remaining amount will be required to be paid upon entry to be redeemed in venue.

Pre booked table deposit

Due to COVID-19 restrictions we currently require a deposit of $20 per person to be taken at time of reservation. The maximum number of people per table booking is 5. If you have more than 5 people an additional table will need to be booked.

Pre booked table arrivals

Please note that all pre-paid tables have a grace period for your arrival of one hour. If you do not arrive within one hour of your booking time, you will forfeit the $20 per person pre-paid deposit and your table will be offered to other patrons.

Booth bookings

All bookings allow for a total of 8 guests. If you have more guests, you may need to purchase an additional booth or table to join onto your booth. Please speak to your host regarding your requirements.

General admission/ walk in’s

Bedroom is accepting walk ins for general admission from 9pm Friday to Sunday for all table sizes. Please note you may need to wait for a table to become available, therefore please arrive as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Cancellation and Changes

Please note due to the limited number of reservations available during this time, cancellations or changes to your booking must be made 12 hours in advance. If you fail to do so, you will forfeit the pre-paid deposit.

Table position requests

We do take note of your request of a specific table or area, however we are unable to promise the table or area as different areas have different minimum spends and may already be booked. Please understand we do not want to disappoint you, but unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee all requests.

Government requirements

Due to the new government regulations around social distancing due to COVID-19 below are the requirements we ask you to abide by:

  1. All guests must provide the following details accurately, name, address, phone number. This is kept securely for 56 days and will only be used for the purpose of contact tracing if requested by a government body.
  2. Please stay in your assigned seating.
  3. Only 1 person per group may order at the bar at a time. Please then return to your seat.
  4. Table service is provided.
  5. Where possible please adhere to social distancing of 1.5 meters.
  6. Follow staff instructions.
  7. No dancing.
  8. Hand sanitiser is available in all bathrooms and sections of the venue for your convenience.
  9. We are a COVID safe venue and all government required checklists are displayed. If you have any questions please ask our friendly staff.
